Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details — your name, mobile number and (if you use email sign-in) email address. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes.
• Order information — items ordered, amounts, delivery addresses you save, and your order history.
• Location — the delivery address/location you pick on the map. For delivery staff using the Driver app, live location is collected while on duty so orders can be tracked and assigned.
• Device push token — an identifier issued by Google Firebase so we can send order status notifications.

What we do NOT collect

• No card or banking details — payments are handled by the payment provider (Razorpay) or by your own UPI app. We never see or store card numbers.
• No contacts, photos, files, or background location for customers.
• No sale of personal data to anyone, ever.

How we use it

• To take, prepare and deliver your orders, and to show you their live status.
• To send order-related notifications (new order, ready, out for delivery).
• To prevent abuse and keep accounts secure.

Who we share it with

• Google Firebase — push notification delivery.
• Razorpay — online payment processing (they receive only what's needed to process a payment).
• The store and delivery staff fulfilling your order see the details needed to fulfil it (name, address, phone, items).

Retention & deletion

Account and order data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and personal data at any time, in either of two ways: use Settings → Delete account inside the app (immediate), or email us at the address below and we will remove your account details and saved addresses. Order records may be retained where required for accounting.
